The Salamander House is just 600 meters far from Insead, equivalent to 5 to 10 minutes walking. As it is situated in Fontainebleau's downtown, all conveniences and stores can be found around the house.

This charming old mansion is about 300 square meters and is divided in 8 beautiful rooms, a fully equiped kitchen, a dining/living room, a tv/living room, and a laundry with 2 washing machines and 2 drying machines. A beautiful private garden can welcome spring and summer lunches.
Every rooms has a private minibar, a TV and a broadband plug (RJ45). 
You will be given for personal use :  
- 2 completesets of bed linen
- 2 large bath towels
- 2 little bath towels
- 2 bath mats

We insist on saying that all our rooms are non smoking for everyone's care. 
Prices includes : water, electricity, heating, unlimited internet access (+ wireless access at every floor), tv, cleaning of the room and common areas every week, laundry facilities. 
Tenants insurance ARE NOT included in rooms prices.
