The House

The Club 16 is only 800 meters far from the Insead and right next to all conveniences and stores. It is about 450 m² and has 16 bedrooms, 3 fully equiped kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 dinning rooms, a laundry with 4 washing machines and 4 drying machines, a little garden and a big outdoor terrace of 30 m². Wireless internet is covered all around the house.

Every room has a ceiling fan, a minibar, a tv and a broadband access, plus :

- 2 complete sets of bed linen

- 2 large bath towels

- 2 small bath towels

- 2 bath maths

We insist on saying that all our rooms are non smoking for everyone's care.

Prices includes : water, electricity, heating,

unlimited internet access (+ wireless access at every floor), tv, cleaning of the room and common areas every week, laundry facilities.

Tenants insurance IS NOT included in rooms prices.
